This Privacy Policy explains how vINKo System processes personal data when you visit vinkosystem.com or submit information via our forms (e.g., Waitlist / Founder Council).

  • Data you provide through forms: name, email, role (artist/studio/etc.), country, phone (optional), socials (optional), message (optional).
  • Technical data when you browse: basic security logs and diagnostics (e.g., approximate IP, user-agent, error events) needed to run and protect the site.
  • Analytics: aggregated site usage metrics to understand performance and improve content (see section 6).

3. Why we use your data

  • Manage the waitlist and send you project updates / launch alert.
  • Manage the Founder Council (if you select artist/studio) to reach out for feedback and priorities.
  • Respond to inquiries you send us.
  • Security & maintenance (fraud/abuse prevention, troubleshooting).
  • Improve the website using analytics and performance insights.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): when you join the waitlist or provide optional fields.
  • Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): site security, abuse prevention, and technical improvements.
  • Pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b)): if you request information for a potential purchase/collaboration.

5. Email updates (newsletter / project updates)

If you join, we may email you about progress, renders/updates, and the launch alert. You can unsubscribe anytime via the link in our emails or by contacting us.

6. Analytics

We use analytics to understand how the site is used (e.g., most visited pages, load time, general traffic trends) and to improve it. We aim to use privacy-friendly configurations where possible.

7. Who we share data with (processors)

We do not sell your data. We may share it with service providers who help us operate the site and communications, under appropriate contracts:

  • Cloudflare (hosting/CDN/security and potentially Workers/forms/analytics).
  • Brevo (contact list management and email delivery, if configured for communications).

8. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the EEA (e.g., the United States). Where applicable, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).

9. Data retention

  • Waitlist / Founder Council: until you unsubscribe or request deletion; we may also periodically clean inactive contacts.
  • Security logs: as long as needed for security, diagnostics, and legal compliance.
